Celebrating the Success of Our 2026 SQW Round 1 Trainees

This week marks the completion of our 2026 Round 1 Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) program at Mindcare Moments.

It has been an exciting and rewarding journey for our trainees, who have spent the past several months gaining hands-on experience in a real café environment while completing their Certificate I in Hospitality.

We’re incredibly proud to see our trainees now taking their next steps — whether that’s continuing into further education, entering new employment opportunities, or using the skills, confidence and experience they have gained to pursue their goals.

From next week, we will welcome another eight trainees as part of our 2026 Round 2 SQW program, continuing our commitment to creating meaningful training and employment pathways for our community.
