Conversations For Life - Suicide Prevention Training

Gladstone Mindcare offer Early Suicide Prevention Training (Conversations 4 Life) to equip the community with knowledge and skills needed to effectively support individuals at risk and work towards preventing suicide. The training is crucial in fostering understanding, empathy, and preparedness to address this sensitive issue effectively.

Conversations 4 Life is an evidence based 4-hour program based on early suicide prevention. Conversations for life focuses on recognising when someone is vulnerable or facing a personal crisis. It aims to connect a person when they are most likely to withdraw. The program identifies early signs for intervention and prevention that are simple and relevant and can be recognised by friends, student peers, family, etc.
