On World Suicide Prevention Day and R U OK?Day, Gladstone Mindcare is encouraging our community to check in, start a conversation and stay connected. We’ll have extra mental health and wellbeing resources available at the Hub, along with cupcakes to share, while Bjay visits Rio Tinto’s Yarwun site to connect with their peer support team and share information about local supports.

This week marks the completion of our 2026 Round 1 Skilling Queenslanders for Work (SQW) program at Mindcare Moments. We’re proud of our trainees as they take their next steps into further education and employment, carrying with them the skills, confidence and experience gained through their Certificate I in Hospitality.
